Cancellation Policy

Upon registration, you save a seat for this and any future training. If you cannot attend the selected dates, you can attend at a later date at no extra charge.

 

If you decide completely cancel your training, cancellation is received in writing no later than 10 business days before the course start date, paid fees less a non-refundable registration fee of $200 will be refunded. Cancellations made after the 10-business day window will not be refunded.
